1. Introduction

Webbcall is a browser-based voice calling application that lets users place outbound calls, manage prepaid calling credits, verify personal caller ID numbers, purchase virtual numbers, and use the shared Webbcall caller ID.

This Privacy Policy explains how DevX100 doing business as Webbcall ("Webbcall", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information when you access or use Webbcall, including the website, progressive web app, APIs, calling features, payment flows, support channels, and related services.

If you use Webbcall on behalf of a company or other organization, "you" includes both you and that organization.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account and Authentication Information

We collect information used to create, authenticate, and manage your Webbcall account, including:

  • Email address.
  • User ID and account identifiers.
  • Name or display name, if provided through your account or Google Sign-In.
  • Google account profile information made available through the sign-in process.
  • Authentication session information, tokens, and related security data handled through Supabase Auth.
  • Account status and account settings, where available.

2.2 Calling and Telecommunications Information

When you use Webbcall to place calls, we collect and process information needed to authorize, route, rate, bill, and secure the call, including:

  • Destination phone number.
  • Caller ID selected for the call, including the shared Webbcall caller ID, verified personal numbers, or purchased virtual numbers.
  • Call intent identifiers and Twilio call identifiers.
  • Call status, timestamps, duration, completion state, and error information.
  • Country, region, pricing, rate, billing, and volume usage information.
  • Webhook and idempotency records used to prevent duplicate billing and process provider events reliably.

Webbcall currently does not intentionally record or store call audio. Your browser microphone audio is used in real time to place calls through Twilio and telecommunications networks. Twilio, carriers, and other communications providers may process call audio and signaling data as required to transmit the call. If Webbcall later adds call recording, voicemail, transcription, or similar features, Webbcall will update this Privacy Policy before those features are enabled.

2.3 Caller ID Verification and Virtual Number Information

To support caller ID verification, fraud prevention, and virtual number services, we collect:

  • Phone numbers you submit for verification.
  • Verification request status, timestamps, and related records.
  • Twilio Verify and outgoing caller ID activation information, such as verification status, validation call identifiers, and activation status.
  • Purchased virtual numbers, Twilio number SIDs, country code, purchase date, monthly cost, renewal date, cancellation or release records where applicable, and related credit transactions.

2.4 Credits, Payments, and Billing Information

Webbcall uses prepaid credits for calls, verification charges, and virtual number charges. We collect:

  • Credit balance.
  • Credit transaction history, including additions, deductions, type, description, and date.
  • Payment identifiers, purchase amount, credit amount, payment status, and payment method label.
  • Product ID, checkout amount, and metadata used to associate a payment with your Webbcall account.
  • Name and email used to create a checkout session.
  • Invoice or tax information if you request an invoice or if required by law or the payment provider.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Webbcall does not store complete card numbers, bank account numbers, CVV codes, or full payment credentials on our own servers.

2.5 Device, Browser, and App Information

We may collect technical information automatically when you use Webbcall, including:

  • IP address.
  • Browser type and version.

Current retention is based on operational, legal, security, billing, telecom, tax, accounting, dispute, chargeback, abuse-prevention, and backup needs rather than a fixed automatic deletion schedule.
